About

I’m a Nigerian-American from Dallas, TX pursuing a career in Software Engineering because of my passion for coding. Being a programmer has allowed me to use my intelligence to create a multitude of awesome things and push myself to new lengths leading to my proudest achievements.

My aspiration in life is to change the stereotypical idea of what a programmer looks like, to show young black girls across the world who are passionate about the sciences and maths that they can engineer too, because when I was young nobody told me I could. I’m determined to use my skills to bring people together, improve the quality of life for humans, and make a difference in the world through innovation because I know now that it is more than possible for someone like me. My commitment to personal growth has led me to be proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and overall a strong communicator and collaborative problem-solver.
